This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Thomson ROC 550 Universal Remote Control. Please read this manual carefully before using the device to ensure proper functionality and to avoid potential issues.
Inställning
1. Batteriinstallation
- Öppna batterifackets lock som sitter på baksidan av fjärrkontrollen.
- Sätt i två (2) AAA-batterier (medföljer ej) och se till att polerna (+ och -) är vänd åt rätt håll enligt anvisningarna inuti batterifacket.
- Stäng batterifacket ordentligt.
2. Programmering av fjärrkontrollen
The Thomson ROC 550 can be programmed to control various television sets. There are typically two methods for programming:
Metod A: Direkt kodinmatning
- Slå på TV: n du vill styra.
- Locate the brand-specific code for your TV in the provided code list (usually a separate booklet or online resource).
- Tryck och håll ned UPPSÄTTNING knappen på fjärrkontrollen tills indikatorlampan tänds.
- Enter the 3-digit code for your TV brand using the number buttons.
- Om koden är giltig slocknar indikatorlampan. Testa fjärrkontrollen genom att trycka på DRIVA button. If the TV turns off, the programming was successful.
- If the TV does not respond, repeat the process with the next code listed for your brand.
Metod B: Automatisk kodsökning
- Slå på TV: n du vill styra.
- Tryck och håll ned UPPSÄTTNING knappen tills indikatorlampan tänds.
- Tryck på DRIVA button once. The indicator light will flash, indicating the remote is searching for a code.
- Point the remote at the TV and wait. The remote will cycle through codes. When the TV turns off, immediately press the UPPSÄTTNING button to save the code.
- Test the remote's functions (e.g., volume, channel). If all functions work, programming is complete. If not, repeat the auto-search process.
Använda fjärrkontrollen
Once programmed, your Thomson ROC 550 Universal Remote Control functions similarly to your original TV remote. Below are common button functions:
- DRIVA: Slår på eller av TV:n.
- VOL +/-: Ökar eller minskar volymen.

Underhåll

- Batteribyte: Replace batteries when the remote's range decreases or the indicator light fails to illuminate during button presses. Always replace both batteries simultaneously with new ones of the same type.
