This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient setup, operation, and maintenance of your COBIZI 10x20 Pop Up Canopy Tent. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly and use to ensure proper functionality and longevity of your product.
The COBIZI 10x20 Pop Up Canopy Tent is designed for commercial outdoor use, street vendors, parties, and various outdoor events. It features a heavy-duty alloy steel frame, 500D Oxford cloth with double PU coating for UPF 50+ UV protection, and 100% waterproofing. The tent includes a removable awning and adjustable height settings for versatile use.

- Always secure the tent with the included stakes and ropes, especially in windy conditions. Failure to do so may result in damage to the tent or injury.

Installationsinstruktioner
It is recommended that at least two people assist with the setup of this canopy tent.
Step 1: Unpack and Partially Open the Frame
Move the wheeled storage bag to an open and flat area. Unzip the bag and carefully remove the pop-up frame. With at least two people, partially open the frame to about 50% of its full width.

Step 2: Install Canopy Top Cover
Place the canopy top cover over the partially opened frame. Ensure the cover is centered and aligned. Secure the canopy top cover to the frame using the integrated hook and loop tape fasteners at each corner and along the frame.
Step 3: Fully Extend Frame and Secure Thumb Buttons
With the top cover in place, fully pull the frame apart until it is completely extended. Secure all thumb buttons on the frame legs and crossbars to lock the frame into position. Ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged for stability.
Steg 4: Justera höjden
Adjust the height of the canopy by pressing the thumb latch lock system on each leg and extending the legs to your desired height. There are 3 height settings available: 220cm/86.6inch, 230cm/90.6inch, and 240cm/94.5inch.

Step 5: Install Awning (Optional)
If using the removable awning, connect the awning crossbar pieces together. Insert and pass the awning fabric over the crossbar. Use the screws and nuts to connect and fix the awning support rod and crossbar. Finally, install the awning support on the tent frame.

Steg 6: Montera sidoväggar (valfritt)
Attach the sidewalls to the canopy frame using the hook and loop fasteners. You can install any number of sidewalls as needed. Ensure they are securely fastened to provide maximum protection.
Step 7: Secure the Canopy
Fill the provided sandbags with sand and attach them to the canopy legs for added stability. Use the ground nails and ropes to anchor the canopy securely to the ground, especially in outdoor conditions.

To adjust the canopy height, press the thumb latch lock on each leg and slide the inner leg up or down to the desired position. Ensure the latch clicks into place securely at one of the three available height settings.
Using the Removable Awning and Sidewalls
The removable awning provides additional shade and can be easily attached or detached as needed. The four sidewalls (two with windows, two solid) offer flexibility for privacy, weather protection, or open-air use. Attach them using the hook and loop fasteners along the top and sides of the frame.

The canopy is designed to withstand up to Level 4 winds (under 18 mph) and offers 100% waterproofing with 1500mm waterproof pressure. It also provides UPF 50+ UV protection, blocking 99% of UV rays. However, for optimal safety and product longevity, it is recommended to take down the canopy during severe weather conditions.

- Rengöring: Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the fabric's coating. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
- Ramvård: Inspect the alloy steel frame regularly for any signs of rust, damage, or loose connections. Clean any dirt or debris from the frame. The powder-coated finish helps prevent rust and corrosion.
- Lagring: Ensure the canopy fabric and frame are completely dry before folding and storing them in the wheeled storage bag. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent mildew and material degradation.
