Inställning

Follow these steps to set up your record player for the first time.

1. Montering av tallrik och bälte

• Carefully place the platter onto the center spindle.
• Locate the drive belt (usually pre-installed under the platter or in the packaging).
• If not pre-installed, gently stretch the drive belt around the motor pulley and the inner rim of the platter. Ensure the belt is flat and not twisted.

2. Patron och penna

The 1byone LP03A comes with a pre-installed Audio-Technica AT-3600L magnetic cartridge. Ensure the stylus guard is removed before playback.

3. Tonearm Balance and Tracking Force Adjustment

Properly balancing the tonearm and setting the tracking force is crucial for optimal sound quality and to prevent damage to your records and stylus.

1. Zero Balance the Tonearm:
   • Place the record player on a level surface.
   • Ta bort stylusskyddet.
   • Lower the tonearm lift lever.
   • Gently release the tonearm clamp.
   • Rotate the counterweight at the rear of the tonearm until the tonearm is perfectly balanced horizontally, floating freely.
2. Ställ in spårningskraft:
   • Once balanced, hold the counterweight steady with one hand and rotate only the numbered ring on the front of the counterweight until '0' aligns with the center line on the tonearm.
   • Rotate the entire counterweight (including the numbered ring) counter-clockwise until the desired tracking force is reached. For the AT-3600L cartridge, the recommended tracking force is typically 3.5 grams.

4. Anti-skate Adjustment

The anti-skate mechanism prevents the tonearm from being pulled towards the center of the record. Attach the anti-skate weight's loop to the second groove of the anti-skate post for the recommended setting.

5. Montering av dammskydd

Insert the hinges of the dust cover into the corresponding slots on the rear of the record player.

6. Strömanslutning

Connect the power adapter to the DC IN 12V port on the rear panel of the record player, then plug it into a wall outlet.

Drift

Spelar en vinylskiva

1. Lägg en skiva på fatet.
2. Välj lämplig hastighet (33 1/3 eller 45 varv/min) med hastighetsväljaren.
3. Ensure the stylus guard is removed.
4. Lyft tonearmen med hjälp av tonearmslyftspaken.
5. Manually position the tonearm over the desired track of the record.
6. Gently lower the tonearm using the lift lever. The stylus will make contact with the record and playback will begin.
7. Adjust the volume using the Volume/Mode knob.
8. To stop playback, lift the tonearm, return it to the tonearm rest, and secure it with the clamp.

Bluetooth-ingång

The record player can receive audio wirelessly from Bluetooth-enabled devices.

1. Slå på skivspelaren.
2. Rotate the Volume/Mode knob to select Bluetooth mode (indicated by a blue LED).
3. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, tablet, or computer and search for "1byone LP03A".
4. Select the device to pair. Once connected, you can stream audio to the record player's built-in speakers.

Aux-in anslutning

Connect external audio sources using a 3.5mm audio cable to the AUX IN jack on the rear panel.

1. Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable to your external device (e.g., MP3 player).
2. Connect the other end to the AUX IN jack on the record player.
3. Rotate the Volume/Mode knob to select Aux-in mode.
4. Adjust volume from both the record player and the external device.

RCA Line Out-anslutning

Use the RCA Line Out to connect the record player to an external amplifier eller powered högtalare.

1. Determine if your external ampLifier har en dedikerad PHONO-ingång.
2. Om din amplifier has a PHONO input, set the Phono/Line-Out switch on the record player's rear panel to FONO. Connect the RCA cables from the record player to the PHONO input of your amplifier. Connect a ground wire from the record player's ground terminal to your amplifier's ground terminal if available.
3. Om din amplifier gör INTE have a PHONO input, set the Phono/Line-Out switch on the record player's rear panel to LINJE. Connect the RCA cables from the record player to any standard LINE input (e.g., AUX, CD, TAPE) on your amplivligare.
4. Adjust the volume on your external amplifier. The record player's internal volume control will not affect the RCA output.

Tonhöjdsjustering

The Pitch Adjust knob on the rear panel allows for fine-tuning the playback speed. Rotate it slightly to increase or decrease the speed as needed.
