Settings on the Fire Cam Onyx can be adjusted via a 'SETTINGS.TXT' file that is automatically created on the microSD card. Connect the camera to a computer, open the file, modify the values (keeping the formatting intact), and save the file.
Many Fire Cam models, such as the Onyx 4K and 1080, are water-resistant or waterproof (e.g., up to 33 feet) provided the rear audio cap is replaced with the waterproof cap and O-rings are properly lubricated with silicone grease.
