While powered on, press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds. Release when you hear the voice prompt indicating the device is undergoing a hard reset.
Ensure your camera is displaying a slowly flashing blue light indicating the hotspot is enabled. Go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings and connect directly to the camera's hotspot (e.g., Orb2_xxx) before completing setup in the IC View Pro app. Also ensure you are connecting to a supported Wi-Fi band.
