To install a new bag, unzip the outer permanent bag, pull out the top adaptor, and remove the used bag. Secure the cardboard faceplate of the new disposable filter bag against the top adaptor, ensure the support strap is connected, and then close the outer bag zipper.
The brush roll may not spin if the belt is not engaged, is slipping, or is broken. Use the Belt Lifter handle on the Power Nozzle to engage the belt by turning it until the green arrows align. If the belt is broken, follow the manual instructions to replace it.
