Daily maintenance typically includes shaking the white ink bottles to prevent settling, performing a nozzle check before printing, and cleaning around the print head and capping station at the end of the day. Do not use alcohol for cleaning sensitive parts.
It is recommended to use the printer at least every 3-4 days. If the printer will not be used for more than two weeks, specific storage procedures must be followed to prevent water-based inks from drying and clogging the print head.
